As for many Melburnians during the extended stay-at-home lockdowns of 2020, daily walks became a much-needed respite. I often returned home with bits of found treasure, especially after the arrival of spring. Of all the flowers I picked over spring, these lasted the longest and brought many, many weeks of joy.
